Holiday & Christmas Lights Trail Through Southern Oregon
SOUTHERN OREGON HOLIDAY LIGHTS MAP
I don’t know about your family, but ours cannot get enough of Christmas light viewing! Every night we can, we get bundled up and head out to enjoy the magical enchantment that Christmas lights offer to the season. Here’s a small list of places that we visit and some that we hope to enjoy as this holiday season winds down.
Candy Cane Lane – Kerrisdale Ridge, Medford
All of the houses are decked out in red and white. Some throw in a bit of green here and there but for the most part they are dressed up to match.
Cherry Lane and Greystone Court, Medford
Who doesn’t know about Cherry Lane and Greystone Court? These streets are amazing! I highly recommend parking on Cherry Lane across the street and walking around Cherry Lane and then heading over to Greystone Court. Cherry Lane teams up with Lightly Loved Toys to collect toys for kids in need and Greystone Court has a canned food drive for Access. Starting on Thanksgiving weekend they have their donation barrels out and Lightly Loved Toys stop collecting toys December 21st so that they have time to distribute them to children in need. The canned food drive’s main event is always on the 21st-24th from 530-930pm. Santa is there each night. Human Bean will be there to kick-off the charity event while handing out free sample cups of hot cocoa. And Medford radio stations will be there from 5-7pm on Wednesday and Thursday. It truly is a family outing.
Seckel Ct off of Murphy, Medford
Every house in the neighborhood has been decorated by the residents. It is really cute!
902 N 3rd St, Central Point
Tune into the radio as the lights play along with music. Multiple houses came together to bring a light presentation that includes narration. Our kids loved this one because of all of the colors and so many cute things to look at!
659 Ridgeway Ave, Central Point
The Mile family goes all out every year for this light display! It’s absolutely stunning, playing the classic Grinch among others. Follow my google map to view other wonderful houses in the neighborhood!
6580 Wilson Ln, Central Point
Such a fun hand built display synchronized to fun music like What Does the Fox Say? and Christmas Vacation. It’s only 10 minutes from the Ridge Way display so you can hit both in one evening. Thanks to Paul Canevari for putting up this awesome display for the last five years!
443 N D’Anjou, Eagle Point
This display is gorgeous and when you tune into the radio it is coordinated to classic and modern music. Make sure you pay attention to the Christmas tree that is really sychronized with the music. It was our favorite part. If the Sked family is around they may even bring out candy canes. Such a sweet gesture that just adds to the Christmas spirit!
These are the main places to view lights but throughout Medford and the Rogue Valley you can find lots of wonderful houses to enjoy! We have also created a Google Map to help your Christmas Lights journey along! Merry Christmas Southern Oregon!
