Mountain of the Rogue (MotR) is mainly mountain bike trails, but if you want a great multi-use/hiking trail there is a eight mile out and back trek that takes you to the top with amazing views the whole way! It's a single track trail with rollling hills much of the way and elevation gain of 2300+ feet. View wildflowers on the Sasquatch trail and open views with no shade, but once you get to the last part of the Dark Side trail you will be under cover of mossy green forest.
Please be aware that mountain bikers may be coming down hill! And please do NOT hike on designated “mountain biking only” trails.
