ScienceWorks Hands-On Museum is an all ages, interactive science center nestled at the south end of the Rogue Valley, serving the Southern Oregon and Northern California area since 2002. ScienceWorks offers exploratory science opportunities through standard exhibits such as Flight Simulator, Pacific Crest Cove, Pulley Chairs, Painting Pendulum, Marble Matrix, Hall of Illusions, and our current traveling exhibit Sportsology.

CRATER ROCK MUSEUM

Direct Involvement Recreation Teaching, DIRT, brings hands on education to the community through recreational activities; we learn by doing- and we grow! Our projects are multi faceted, we direct our attention to underutilized properties, create space for learning, and in turn, create community.

TRAIN MOUNTAIN RAILROAD

The Klamath and Western Railroad Inc. provides train rides for the public on summer Saturdays from Memorial Day weekend until Labor Day weekend. We provide care and treatment for sick, injured, and orphaned wildlife indigenous to the Pacific Northwest, while giving the public an opportunity to experience wildlife first-hand. Located on 24 acres of “living laboratory” adjacent to the Wild and Scenic portion of Oregon’s Rogue River, approximately 12 miles west of Grants Pass, Wildlife Images receives and cares for over 1,000 animals every year at no charge to individuals or organizations.

Sasquatch Hollow Kid’s ZipLine Adventure is sure to wow your younger adventurers. Designed with ages 5 – 12 in mind, Sasquatch Hollow is a high adventure challenge course with 4 ziplines, Sasquatch Bridge, Rolling Rapids Challenge and the Spiderweb. Participants traverse the course as many times as they’d like in a 90 minute period. Sasquatch Hollow Kid’s ZipLine Adventure is a part of the Crater Lake ZipLine family of adventures and check-in is at the same location.
