Every year, Sutherlin puts together a Light Parade to bring light to the community just before Christmas. It is our gift, our way of giving back, and bringing the Christmas Holiday to Sutherlin.
Each night, and visitors are encouraged to bring non-perishable food items and cash donations for ACCESS to help feed hungry children, families, seniors, and others within Jackson County. While enjoying the beautifully decoraed houses.
The Winter Festival brings hundreds of people downtown Myrtle Creek to enjoy free chili, hot cider and coffee. Visitors can also enjoy the City Christmas tree and live Nativity scene and can shop at businesses that stay open late during the community event. When the parade vehicles arrive, they park along Main Street and some side streets where they can viewed up close and visitors can take photographs and chat with the drivers. On December 14, Bandon lights up with the annual Holiday Light Parade. Everyone is invited to Light Up! Your vehicle, your pet, yourself! No registration or fees are required. Line up begins at 5:00 p.m. Parade begins at 5:30 p.m.
Our 106-year-old bridge will be dressed in greenery and lights and decked with a dozen decorated trees, with a raffle to take a very special one home. Mega bake sale. Gift shopping. Santa and Mrs. Claus. Free hot beverages. Proceeds support the MBHS Scholarship Program.

Nature's Coastal Holiday, opens November 29 and runs nightly, 5-9pm, through December 29th. We are a 45min walk through display with over 3million lights and 100s of displays. Santa visits every Friday and Saturday night from 6-8pm. Admission is $4, cash only at the door, kids 12 & under free. Extreme weather, winds and heavy rain, can force us to cancel a night, so follow us on FB as we post by 3pm if we can't open
The Holiday Light show at Shore Acres State Park features thousands of lights and displays in the formal garden.
Visitors can reserve their date, time and parking spot. Reservation is for vehicle parking only. Visitors in the car do not need tickets.
Parking reservation time slots are available for 4:30 p.m., 5:30 p.m., 6:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
Timed entry and parking must be reserved before arrival.
No onsite parking permit purchase is available during event hours.
Note: Free parking for Green Friday, Nov. 24, at all state parks that charge a parking fee applies during the daytime at Shore Acres, but not during event hours. Timed entry and parking reservation required 4:30-9 p.m.

Bring your child’s letter and place it in the special delivery North Pole mailbox at the Santo Community Center or Rogue X by Dec 15, or mail to Medford Parks and Recreation, Attn: Santa 701 N. Columbus Ave, Medford, Oregon 97501
Letters must include a stamped, self-addressed envelope.

Sea of Lights will take place every Friday and Saturday evening in December from 5:00pm - 8:00pm.
Last entry for guests will be at 7:30pm. Line for Santa will cut off at 7:30pm
Josephine County Fairgrounds is pleased to announce a drive thru light display called ‘Christmas on the Midway’ starting December 5th at 5:00 pm that will run through the month’s end every night from 5pm - 10pm.
Buildings down the Midway have been sponsored by businesses and individuals to showcase their creative light displays to spread Holiday Cheer to the community.
Once inside the Fairground’s main gates, drive straight down the midway enjoying the lights, at the far end of the lawn you’ll take a left through the gate between the covered arena and barn, at the end of the covered arena you’ve reached the end of the display, you’ll turn left again and head back to the front gate.
