Ruth Cohen, originally from Puerto Rico via Israel, and a former professional musical theatre actress in Tel Aviv, is a resident vocalist in 4 local acts in the Rogue Valley. Together with her band’s accompaniment, she brings a touch of Old-World Jazz infused with the international flavor of a foreign language teacher, singing in different languages, transporting the listener to another world in a different time.
