Location: Nine check-in/out locations along the Bear Creek Greenway from Central Point to Ashland!

Clean-up gear is available by SOLVE and their local partners at the registration/check-in booths. However, volunteers are encouraged to bring their own supplies, including gloves and tools.

You're invited to the Ashland Food Co-op's Earth Day celebration! Join us for an afternoon of eco-friendly fun for the whole family. Among the activities offered are the opportunity to play with giant bubbles, create chalk art, pick up an eco-friendly seed kit, learn about recycling, and much more.

Guests at the event will include goats from The Crest at Willow Witt, Rogue to Go ambassadors, friends from Recology, Picadilly Cycles, Southern Oregon Food Solutions, among others.

Examples of local cones, leaves, and plants are discussed, including the life cycles of many different specimens. This presentation includes handouts describing the parts of trees and leaves as well as a Douglas Fir or Redwood cone to plant your own forest! Presented by Bugs-R-Us Educational Services.
