Art Along the Rogue 2024
Every fall the city of Grants Pass hosts a fun and unique event, Art Along the Rogue. It’s a gathering of creatives where street painters create large-scale chalk creations and the public gets to immerse themselves in the experience watching them from beginning to end. It has become one of the states leading street chalk art and music festivals. This years theme was Unsolved Mysteries and the artists really did it justice.
While we don’t get the opportunity to attend every year, we feel that it is definitely worth going if you are in the area. Starting on the first Friday of October through Sunday musicians play live music while we stroll looking at the paintings and shopping the local vendors. There’s even a place for the community to draw out their own creations.
Make sure to grab a bite to eat at a local restaurant. Within walking distance you can enjoy The Haul, MaMosa’s, The Twisted Cork and others.
