Ages 9 to 13

Junior chefs will learn 4 different cuisines and cultures from around the world, all the while learning new kitchen skills and techniques. Each day we will visit a new country and cook up a entree, side dishes and a dessert. This is a more advanced class and all camps are hands-on!! In this class we will get into all of the exciting scientific workings of cooking. Each class is hands on as we explore some science experiments and how those ingredients work in recipes. Great for the child who loves science and cooking! These classes have been designed to show kids 8-14, eating healthy can taste great.
