We need a week’s notice in advance for ordering pies so the last chance to order a pie will be 11/16 at the Tuesday market in Ashland or online. This means that the last day to pickup a pie will be 11/23 at the last outdoor market in Ashland. (small pies are $12-15, large pies are $22-25)
Ordering online is an option! However - there is currently no pickups at the kitchen, only at farmer’s markets.
Outdoor markets are ending! The last Tuesday Ashland is 11/23, the last Thursday Medford is 11/18, and the last outdoor Grants Pass market is 11/20.

PASTURE RAISED TURKEYS FROM TIPSY BEE FARMS
These delicious heritage turkeys are raised on our organic pasture, supplemented with fermented grain and clabbered goat milk. The Naragansett breed is known for rich, dark meat and juicy breasts with flavor unparallelled to the frozen Butterballs most of us have grown accustomed to. We hatch and hand raise these turkeys ourselves so they live life to the fullest and stress free right up to harvest day all in one location. We humanely harvest on the farm the Saturday before Thanksgiving. Please indicate in your order if you would prefer a smaller (10-ish lbs) or larger (plus or minus 20 lbs). We will do our best to accomodate your request.
Andrew will be at the Thursday Farmers Market, November 11th and 18th at Hawthorne Park to take deposits in-person and answer any questions for folks if people prefer that over doing an online reservation.
Friday, November 19th is the last day to reserve a Thanksgving Turkey and can be picked up at the farm the 21st and 22nd.
