Plan to celebrate Spring at the Medford Parks and Recreation Arbor Day festivities. Check out the special Rogue Valley Growers and Crafters Farmer’s Market, outdoor activities, and non-profit booths beginning at 10:30 am, then join family and friends for the Arbor Day Proclamation and Tree City USA presentation at 11 am. The Farmer’s Market, Tree planting and other outdoor adventure activities for all ages in your own urban forest continue after that. Booths and vendors will be open for your enjoyment until 1 pm. The nature center’s grounds are open until sunset, so bring the whole family and explore Coyote Trails’ native meadows and riparian habitat on gentle hiking trails featuring a monarch way station, pollinator garden and more!
