Course 1- Sunflower Sprout Salad with 'nduja, feta, and saffron aioli.
Course 2- Roasted red pepper soup with preserved lemon finishing salt
Course 3- Choice of:
Fresh pasta with artichokes and kale and black garlic in a almond sauce, con vino cheese
Filet with smoked demi glaze, au gratin potatoes.
Seared halibut with chantrelle compound butter, salad of housemade kraut and shredded apples
Course 4- Port wine chocolate tart with candied meyer lemon zest
